creative problem solving

Designing and fabricating illusions that make the impossible achievable is challenging work.  Phillip Kaiser has met those challenges time and time again.  In creating his own award winning acts, collaborating with other entertainers and planners to realize their vision, with major theme park departments to create successful shows, Phillip has refined a vast array of skills and tools to meet targets and deliver reliable solutions.

Many thought leaders speak about thinking outside the box to achieve creativity and innovation.  Phillip has firsthand experience of how these techniques actually produce results, when they don't work, and how to use them.

Many people think celebrity magicians create all their own tricks.  This is often an illusion unto itself as these household personalities lean on masterminds behind the curtain to puzzle out innovations, fabricate the necessary solutions and sometimes make the magic real for the audience.  Phillip has had the unique perspective of not only being a seasoned performer onstage, but also being the "guy behind the guy", the secret weapon for many top magicians.

Phillip's skills as the go-to consultant for magical solutions resulted in his being dubbed, "The Magic Architect" by America's Got Talent semi-finalist Drew Thomas Magic.  Phillip was responsible for practical design, fabrication, and logistics of the all-new illusions Drew performed; as well as technical performance and support during their successful run on the show.  The perspective gained by Phillip translates directly to any team working toward a common goal under high pressure scenarios.

During the presentation, Phillip will impart his experience via engaging storytelling, case studies and entertaining magical examples supporting the main points of how to solve common challenges with creative outcomes.
